What is Forest Bathing?
Specially qualified Forest Bathing Guides will help you to connect to nature through the Japanese Wellbeing practice of Forest Bathing or Shinrin Yoku. Shinrin Yoku can be translated as “bathing in the atmosphere of the forest” and is comprised of a slow, gentle, mindful walk with “invitations” designed to connect you to nature for your wellbeing. Being amongst the beauty of Whistlewood, the trees and the wonders of nature help us to relax, slow down and really notice what is around us, having a beneficial effect on our wellbeing.
We look forward to seeing you at Whistlewood
