Join Helen of Connect to Nature for a gentle Forest Bathing Walk at beautiful Whistlewood Common. A Forest Bathing walk is a slow gentle walk during which invitations are delivered which aim to connect you to nature through your senses for your wellbeing. You will finish the walk feeling relaxed and recharged.
Forest Bathing is evidence based, based on research from Derby University’s Nature Connection Studies Unit and research from Japan and America.
We are encouraging prebooking by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
