In this group you will be taught simple, but powerful practices to strengthen your autonomic nervous system and align your mind, body and spirit.

About Tina Rogers
Tina runs TLR Therapy and is a qualified Occupational Therapist. She has over 20 years experience mainly in the NHS but more recently in the MOD.
After being given a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) in 2016 she learnt how to gain a deep sense of wellbeing, and loves the opportunity to share this knowledge with others.
She feels privileged to have been able to support her clients to create happier, healthier and more rewarding lives and loves the work she does.
