About Make, Bake Eat or Take
A follow on from Andy’s Easy Bread Baking at FERMENT exploring a lateral approach — starting with a simple mixed grain bread recipe then adjusting and modifying, including cornbread, sourdough and some live stove top cooking – crumpets, pikelets etc.
Demonstrating direct efficient methods and recipe formulas always with simplicity, flavour, and nutrition in mind, aiming at the aspiring baker – beginners, intermediate level or anyone who wants a fun, active, foodie day.
About Andy Mason
A great advocate for living sustainably and providently, with a large slice of creativity, Andy has spent many years running his own pottery studio, teaching, facilitating workshops and developing his manual craft skills.
In 2015, using these transferable skills, he took an enthusiastic leap and became a self-styled chef selling his food at festival markets, and through his ‘pottery and food pop-up restaurant’ concept.
He home cooks every day for himself and family, often using produce from his small garden and bakes bread at least once a week.
