Join Chloe Bircher of Andra Health Ltd as she guides you through a class that will:

*Increase your strength and Flexibility

*Improve your balance and Mobility

*Decrease feelings of stress and/or anxiety

*Help you gain a better mind-body connection

Weather permitting class may be taken outdoors

About Chloe

Chloe is  a fully qualified and accredited Personal Trainer, Pilates mat and Pilates equipment instructor.  From a young age she was always interested in fitness and she excelled in Kickboxing and Golf.  In her late teens she was diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disorder which left her very unwell and for a few years she had to leave fitness on the back burner.  Eventually she regained her health back with the help of Pilates and she decided that she wanted to help others to keep fit no matter what their circumstances.  She feels so lucky to be able to do this full time and she hopes she can inspire others to follow their passion.

When she is not in the studio or gym, you will find her curled up with a good book or out hiking with her partner.  Her next big walk (Ben Nevis) is hopefully happening later this year.
